I just received my order from Pink Chalk Fabrics and have been adding some luscious new solids to my stash. Kona, Michael Miller, Moda, Free Spirit - does it get any better than this???
Lots of wonderful new fat quarters and yards of new solids (Dec 2013)
I recently made two more fabric buckets. This one was for the two year old daughter of a friend (she likes to use it as a hat!) The outer fabric is from my stash and may be by RIley Blake, but I am not sure. The inner fabric is Michael Miller's Starlettes fabric, from the Pierre's Famous Traveling Circus collection.
And this one is for my sewing table. Somewhere to put all the bits of thread, and other odds and ends that always seem to mount up as I sew. The green fabric on the outside is a heavy weight Japanese cotton. The fabric I used to line it is a piece of laminated cotton from Ikea that I bought almost ten years ago.
