I wanted to make a chevron quilt with a modern floral pattern. I made this one while I was on maternity leave first time around. When I look at it now I cringe a little, because there are so many little mistakes, but I still cherish this quilt. The larger blocks of roses on white background are made with Ikea fabric, the red (it has a diamond pattern on it that you cannot see so well in the photo) solid is from Tilda. The rest were pieces from my stash. And I used wool batting which is so nice and cozy in winter!
